We’ve been busy this week – lots to do and wrap up before the end of the year (speaking of which, we’ve got a great “Leading in 2011″ feature coming soon!). What’s on your end of the year to-do list?
Hopefully you can take a moment to read our top 3 Twitter links of the past week. And, of course, we hope you can take time to rest, relax, and reflect these next two weeks.

@jim_kouzes Talked today with Robert Thompson and Mike Neiss on Robert’s Thought Grenades show on #BlogTalkRadio http://tobtr.com/s/1391899
Jim Kouzes, known perhaps for his work on The Leadership Challenge with co-author Barry Posner, stopped by Robert Thompson’s Thought Grenades show on BlogtalkRadio to talk about their newest book, “The Truth About Leadership.” “Focusing on the future sets a leader apart” – listen to this interview (and read the book) to find out why.

Coming from Chip Conley, we knew this would be a fantastic article. What we didn’t realize is how on-target this article is with our 2011 book releases! It mentions the importance of “framing the question” (bringing to mind Gail Fairhurst’s forthcoming “Power of Framing“); innovation and creativity (Josh Linkner’s “Disciplined Dreaming“); and even advertising and branding (David Aaker’s “Brand Relevance“).
@LeadershipFreak Your tongue causes problems only your ears can solve. #leadership #listening
We have to agree – listening is key. Great leadership quote from one of the top Leadership bloggers of the year, Dan Rockwell.
