Editors

Susan Williams, Executive Editor, Jossey-Bass Business – Trade

Susan Williams is responsible for editorial leadership for the Jossey-Bass trade business group. She helps establish publishing strategy, oversees signing plans, the publishing calendar, and represents the Jossey-Bass business trade program across JohnWiley and Sons. Susan works on a select number of projects annually, acquiring, developing and assigning resources to books, in paper and digital form in the topic areas of leadership, management, innovation, teams, new business models and more. Susan has been fortunate to work closely with consulting editor Warren Bennis on his own series of books. She leads the Patrick Lencioni franchise.  She manages two other trade business editors, as well as an editorial coordinator. She lives in Portland, Oregon, traveling frequently to both the San Francisco and East Coast offices of Wiley.

Kathe Sweeney, Executive Editor, Jossey-Bass Business – Professional

Kathe Sweeney is Executive Editor for Professional Business, Non-Profit, Public and Conflict Management at Jossey-Bass. Before accepting a position as Marketing Manager for Business and Nonprofit Books at Jossey-Bass in 1998, Kathe was Marketing Manager for Academic Social Sciences at Oxford University Press in New York.
